Emeritus Founder- Paul Costello
NSL was founded by Paul Costello and a team of young leaders from Ireland, Northern Ireland, and South Africa. Together they dared to create a story where Palestinians and Israelis come together for leadership impact.
NSL was launched from the Washington Ireland Program and South African Washington International Program. Under Paul's leadership, alumni from both programs came to Washington DC in 2008 for a feasibility study for launching NSL. After meeting with members of Congress, Ambassadors, and business leaders; they decided YES!
A year later, the first cohort of NSL came to Washington DC to seek the possibility of a new story. Eleven years later, NSL continues stronger than ever thanks to the dedication and will power of our incredible founders.
